Your responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for Daisy-H and SMS applications from PSI, ensuring smooth operation and maximum efficiency
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of PSI and Volue applications to meet the specific needs of our organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive solutions
- Offer expert assistance for Powel applications, including the Integration Platform (PiP), to facilitate seamless integration within our systems
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for utilizing PSI and Volue applications to optimize business processes
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions to minimize disruptions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PSI and Volue technology to recommend enhancements and improvements
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as an Application Manager or similar role, with a focus on power and gas enterprise applications
- In-depth knowledge of PSI and Volue software solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient and knowledgeable in MS Azure
