Your responsibilities:
- You implement, administer, and operate projects for the IT Product People & Culture, with a primary focus on the Identity Management System (currently SAP IDM)
- Coordinating and supporting external service providers in making changes to existing applications and implementing new ones is part of your role
- You are responsible for the implementation and enhancement of a governance model specifically tailored to the IT application, particularly the Identity Management System
- Assisting in planning new company-wide services for business applications in collaboration with Domain Leads, other IT Products, and various countries will be your task
- You participate in developing formal solution designs
- With the IT Product Team, you manage the operations of one or more IT services (e.g., SAP) across the company, ensuring key performance indicators such as performance, availability, and security are met
- You serve as the contact person and consultant for our business partners on identity management topics
- Acting as the interface between applications connected to the IdM and the IdM Support Team is part of your responsibilities
You offer us:
- You have a degree from a university of applied sciences or comparable qualification
- You have first experience as an application consultant, possessing expert knowledge of related applications and integration technologies
- Experience working in an IT Product team is part of your background
- You are fluent in English at a business level
- You demonstrate expert knowledge of relevant application processes and have a solid understanding of associated business processes within the HR environment
- Your ability to communicate openly and constructively with business partners, external service providers, and internal organizations is strong
- You have international experience across different regions, functions, and cultures
- Proven knowledge of IT project management is part of your skill set
