In your new role you will:
- Responsible for all cost planning and controlling activities to meet the KPI related to spending, capital, and headcount targets.
- Work closely with business partners and management to provide financial analysis to improve company performance promptly.
- Responsible for month-end closing and cost allocation including charging according to company policies.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to close the gap.
- Responsible for business case analysis to determine breakeven and payback period to justify new investments and make-or-buy decisions.
- Provide recommendations to business partners and management on financial /business analysis alternatives to meet higher-level productivity and growth targets.
- Provide in-depth analysis and simulation studies to business partners and management through financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in Financial Planning and Analysis & Costing
- Experience in the multinational Manufacturing Business, Planning and Costing, Financial Analysis, or Managerial Accounting.
- The ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- MBA or CPA is preferable.
